I set up the appointment via an email exchange and met with Robin at Basic F&C the following week. It was a very straightforward process and Robin went to great lengths to to explain and simplify the various options. I highly recommend Basic F&C for the ease of contact, arrangement and follow-up.

In an age where communication happens instantaneously – by phone or email – we are more connected, and yet, ironically, more isolated from each other than ever before. We need our families and our church more than ever, and the communities in which we live have a greater need for love and connection as well. And they made it so much easier and in ways enjoyable. Thank you Robin ans Stephanie for such professionalism ! The price is very affordable, no frills and up-selling.

They displayed a lot of sympathy and caring while answering a lot of questions. Located in Geauga County, the St. Johns realized their dream to open a second funeral home and did so in March, 2014.
Days leading up to, and the day of my father's funeral. They were caring, compassionate, professional, and the services provided were seamless. Those who could not attend in person because of capacity limits/covid and to the grieving family members present in person. Luckily, some attendees quickly set up zoom calls or did live stream from other platforms from their own phones to reach a few people. If you are having your funeral here, I would suggest having a back up plan in place for live stream, as it appears the site/link set up by St. Johns is unreliable. The reverend that lead our service was wonderful, with a perfect sense of humour to lift our spirits.
